To support India’s Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, Eka Care redesigned the onboarding flow for doctors to join the government’s incentive scheme (DHIS). Despite high interest, most doctors were confused by the process and rules.

Through user research and service design, the team simplified complex government workflows, created a guided onboarding experience using official APIs, and introduced helpful tools like a personalized incentive calculator and explainer videos.

As a result, over 2500 doctors and 2000 clinics were successfully onboarded, with improved adoption, trust, and a significant reduction in support tickets.
