As Eka Care scaled to serve larger, multi-specialty clinics, the existing system proved too rigid for complex patient journeys.
We identified key friction points through on-ground research and redesigned the experience to enable custom queues and appointment attributes. This allowed each clinic staff & doctors, to view and act on patients relevant to their tasks.
A split-view filter system and card configuration tool made it easy to build and manage workflows. The project improved operational efficiency and laid the groundwork for future automation and AI-driven workflow enhancements.
