At Eka Care, we built DocAssist, an AI-powered assistant that helps doctors during consultations by answering medical queries and scribing clinical notes. This idea came from a common request—“Can you generate a prescription just by listening to us?” Using GenAI, our team created a tool that listens, transcribes, and suggests notes in real time.

We designed DocAssist to fit naturally into a doctor’s workflow. It works quietly in the background, gives relevant suggestions, and lets doctors move freely through the app without interruption. Doctors can ask questions, get summaries, and generate editable notes instantly.

To make it trustworthy, we focused on showing what the AI is doing and gave doctors full control to review and edit notes. DocAssist not only saves time but also improves the quality of care, helping doctors stay focused on their patients.
